The end-to-end walkthrough
In a salon, Orcaa speaks your language: Stylists, Clients, Services, and Appointments. Your salon ships with Bookings, Packages, and the Waiting Room enabled out of the box.
1. Setup
Add your stylists as providers and set each one's weekly schedule and availability. Build your service catalog — cuts, colour, treatments — with durations and prices, then assign which stylists can perform each service. Orcaa derives the lead stylist from the first service's provider, so there's no extra dropdown to manage.
2. Daily use
Clients book themselves on your branded page at orcaa.cloud/your-business, or you book them at the front desk. Each appointment moves through clear statuses — pending, confirmed, in-progress, completed. A 3:00 PM colour and a 4:30 PM cut sit side by side on the calendar with conflict prevention, while the Waiting Room queues walk-ins and QR check-in lets clients announce themselves on arrival. Automated SMS reminders go out before every appointment to cut no-shows.
3. Money
Take payment by card or wallet (Paymob), InstaPay, or cash at checkout. Apply a prepaid package or a coupon, award loyalty points, and sell a retail product on the same invoice. VAT is handled per service (tax-inclusive) and the bill discloses the taxable split. Close the day with cash-shift drawer reconciliation.
4. Reports
The owner dashboard shows today's and the month's revenue, top services, busiest stylists, and top clients. Commission per stylist is calculated automatically — then run salary generation and payout in a couple of clicks.
Adding more modules
Every capability in Orcaa is an installable module. From Settings then Add-ons, salons commonly add Memberships for an unlimited blow-dry club, or Point of Sale and the Retail Storefront to sell hair-care products at the chair and online.
