Mohamed leads Orcaa across product, engineering, and design. Before founding Orcaa, he spent years building enterprise management systems, from residential-community platforms to clinic software, for other companies, and saw first-hand how much complex, expensive tools cost independent service businesses. So he built Orcaa from scratch to be the platform he wished his clients had had: everything in one place, fairly priced, with support that understands how service businesses actually work.

Thousands of clinics, salons, law firms, and gyms across Egypt and the Middle East incur tangible financial losses every day from running their operations through paper notebooks, scattered WhatsApp messages, and spreadsheets. Missed bookings translate directly into lost revenue, scheduling conflicts erode client trust, and overlooked invoices leave income uncollected.
Salon owners spend hours each morning on booking confirmations rather than serving clients. Physicians record clinical notes on paper and cannot locate them when required. Lawyers track matters in spreadsheets that are vulnerable to a single misplaced click. Gym operators cannot tell at a glance who has renewed and who has silently disengaged.
The problem has never been the absence of software, but that existing solutions were built for large enterprises: complex, expensive, and far removed from how independent service businesses actually operate.
