2. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the platform during this period to confirm it fits your business before paying for a subscription.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and the platform isn't right for your business, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This guarantee applies to your first subscription only and does not cover renewals.
4. What's Not Covered
- Periods during which the platform was actively used after the 14-day window has passed
- Automatic renewals of annual subscriptions once the refund window has closed
- Custom plans or services agreed under a separate contract
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings, and your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period with no additional charges.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through the channels below with your account email, the transaction reference, and the reason for your request. We review each request and respond within 7 business days.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a request is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method within 14 business days. The actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. You will be notified of any material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
