A 24/7 online booking page

Every business gets a public booking page with its own link (example: orcaa.cloud/your-business) that works day and night. The client opens it, browses your services with their prices and durations, chooses their preferred provider and an available slot, and completes the booking from their phone without a single call. You link this page on Instagram, Google Maps, and WhatsApp Business, so clients start booking right away, and you receive a notification for every new booking.

Availability and conflict prevention

Orcaa calculates available slots automatically by combining three factors: the branch's working hours, the provider's schedule and time off, and the duration of the requested service. The result is that the client only sees genuinely possible times, so two bookings never land on the same specialist at the same time, and no appointment is booked outside working hours. This ends the manual-conflict problem that causes waiting and embarrassment.

Booking statuses

Every booking moves through a clear path of statuses: pending, confirmed, in progress, completed, cancelled, or no-show. You move between statuses with a click, and the dashboard reflects the status in real time. This path gives you an accurate picture of your day and automatically feeds your revenue and service-performance reports.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You or the client can reschedule or cancel an appointment. In every case the system sends an automatic notification to those affected — the client and the provider — so no one is taken by surprise by the change. This discipline in notifications preserves client trust and reduces calls.

Provider-per-service assignment

When you create a multi-service booking, you assign the provider per service rather than from a single dropdown for the whole booking. The lead provider for the booking is derived automatically from the first service. This reflects the operational reality where the services of a single booking may be performed by more than one specialist, and it ensures commissions are calculated accurately for each of them.

The waiting room and live booking

For walk-ins without a prior appointment, the virtual waiting room provides an organized queue for drop-in visitors. And with the live booking experience in the style of delivery apps, the client sees the phases of their service, their position in the queue, and the expected wait time — a transparent experience that keeps them aware of every step.

Recurring group classes

If your business offers group classes — such as gyms and spas — you can create classes and recurring series with an enrollment and waitlist system. When a seat opens up, the system automatically promotes the first client on the waitlist and notifies them. This keeps your classes full without manual follow-up.

Google Calendar sync

For those who run their schedule from Google Calendar, two-way sync is available: your Orcaa appointments appear in your calendar, and your changes are reflected back. This keeps your schedule unified in one place without duplication or conflict.
