The end-to-end walkthrough
In a clinic, Orcaa speaks your language: Doctors, Patients, Consultations, and Appointments. Your clinic ships with Bookings, Packages, the Waiting Room, and the full Clinical module enabled out of the box.
1. Setup
Add your doctors with schedules and availability, build your consultation catalog with durations and prices, and turn on intake forms so patients submit their history before they arrive.
2. Daily use
A patient books a 10:00 AM consultation online or at reception, checks in via QR or the reception kiosk, and waits in the Waiting Room queue. When called, the doctor opens the visit and records SOAP notes, captures vitals with trends and alerts, writes prescriptions, and attaches lab results and medical documents under access control. After-care instructions are sent to the patient automatically.
3. Money
Generate the invoice with per-service tax-inclusive VAT — the bill discloses the exempt-versus-taxable split. Take payment by card or wallet (Paymob), InstaPay, or cash, file the insurance policy and claim, and reconcile the cash drawer at close.
4. Reports
The owner dashboard shows revenue and patient volume, while the clinical dashboard surfaces alerts and pending signatures. For visiting doctors, run the calculate visiting doctor fees breakdown, then generate and pay out salaries.

Every capability is an installable module. From Settings then Add-ons, clinics commonly add the Dental module on top of Clinical to run a dental practice, or Point of Sale to dispense over-the-counter products at the front desk.
