Payments & tax

Collect your money through multiple methods, issue an accurate invoice automatically for every transaction, and calculate VAT inclusively in the price — with clear tracking of every amount not yet paid.

Available payment methods

Orcaa gives you more than one way to collect your money so every customer pays by the method easiest for them. Electronic payment is done via Paymob, where the customer chooses between a credit card, an e-wallet, or paying via a payment kiosk. The system also supports InstaPay for instant transfers, and cash payment is available for in-branch visitors. This variety raises the payment-completion rate and spares you a stalled sale because of a single payment method.

InstaPay with manual transfer proof

When paying via InstaPay, the customer uploads transfer proof, and your team confirms it manually after verifying that the amount arrived. This simple step ensures every payment matches your business account before the transaction is approved, so no payment that didn't actually arrive is recorded.

Automatic invoices for every transaction

There's no need to write invoices manually. Orcaa issues an invoice automatically for every transaction the moment it's completed — a booking, a product sale, or a service — and it's recorded in your financial records directly. This saves your team's time and keeps your accounts tidy and available at any moment to review, print, or send to the customer.

Tax-inclusive VAT in the price

Orcaa calculates VAT inclusively within the displayed price for each service or procedure, so the customer sees the final price and pays it without any surprise addition at checkout. This approach reflects the reality of the local market where prices are advertised inclusive of tax, and avoids the embarrassment at payment.

Separating taxable from exempt

The invoice clearly discloses the separation of the taxable amount from the exempt amount, clarifying the value of the tax embedded in the total. This way your invoices stay transparent and compliant, and they're easy to review accounting-wise without ambiguity.

E-invoices for the government

Submitting e-invoices to the government system is currently deferred because it requires prior government registration of the business. Until then, your invoices remain valid and tax-detailed within the system, and electronic submission will be added later as soon as the registration steps with the relevant authority are complete.

Outstanding-balance tracking

Don't let a payment get lost in the rush. Outstanding-balance tracking gathers everything not yet paid into a single clear list, with the remaining amount per customer and the details of the related transaction. You immediately know who owes a payment and follow up before it piles up, so your cash flow improves and forgetting decreases.
