How to use Orcaa for Gyms & Fitness

The end-to-end walkthrough
In a gym, Orcaa speaks your language: Trainers, Members, Training, and Private Sessions. Your gym ships with a membership-and-retail-heavy default set: Bookings, Packages, Memberships, Classes, the Waiting Room, Point of Sale, and the Retail Storefront.
1. Setup
Add your trainers with schedules, build your training catalog and membership tiers, set up recurring group classes with capacity and waitlists, and stock your shop with products, barcodes, and inventory thresholds.
2. Daily use
Members buy or renew memberships, enrol in a 6:00 PM HIIT class (auto-promoted from the waitlist if it's full), and book private sessions with their trainer. Walk-ins queue in the Waiting Room, trainers clock in and out, and members can shop on the storefront.
3. Money
Members bill on their cycle, with trials, suspend and reactivate, and unlimited class access. Sell PT session packs as packages, and ring up shakes and gear at the POS with card or wallet (Paymob), InstaPay, or cash. Coupons, gift vouchers, and loyalty points apply, and the cash drawer is reconciled at close.
4. Reports
The owner dashboard shows revenue, membership and class fill rates, top trainers, and shop performance. Trainer pay combines per-session commission, per-product POS commission to the selected seller, and daily-target bonuses — then salary generation and payout.
Adding more modules
Every capability is an installable module. From Settings then Add-ons, gyms commonly add Rooms to schedule studios or class rooms as bookable resources.
