Prepaid packages with partial coverage

Packages let the customer pay upfront for a set of services, then consume them later visit by visit. The intelligence here is in the partial coverage: when a single booking includes more than one service, the package covers the services included in it at a rate of one session per visit, while the customer pays for the uncovered services normally in the same booking. This way you sell your packages without locking the customer in, and revenue accounting stays accurate in every case.

Memberships and subscriptions

A membership is a recurring subscription that grants the customer ongoing benefits for a periodic payment. Orcaa manages its entire lifecycle with complete flexibility.

Billing cycles and trials

You choose the billing cycle that suits your offer — monthly or otherwise — and offer a trial period that encourages the customer to commit without risk. The membership renews automatically on its date, so recurring income continues without manual follow-up.

Suspension and reactivation

You can suspend a customer's membership temporarily — for travel or an emergency — then reactivate it later when they return. This flexibility preserves the relationship with the customer instead of cancelling the membership and losing them.

Unlimited access to classes

Some membership plans may grant unlimited access to classes during the subscription period — ideal for gyms, studios, and spas. The member books as many classes as they wish at no additional charge, as long as their membership is active.

Coupons

Coupons are a flexible marketing tool to attract bookings and encourage loyalty. Orcaa supports three types: a percentage discount, a fixed-amount discount, or a fully free session. Each coupon has eligibility rules that determine who may use it — specific customers or defined segments — along with brute-force protection that prevents misuse or benefiting from the coupon more than permitted. This way you launch your campaigns with confidence and no leakage in discounts.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers let a customer buy a value and give it to someone else. The system issues the voucher, and the recipient uses it when booking or purchasing like any payment method. It's a pleasant way to increase sales during seasons and gain new customers through the circle of your existing customers' acquaintances.
