Mobile experience
Orcaa is designed mobile-first: an interface that works with one thumb, tables that turn into cards, a fast bottom bar, and a provider app in the style of delivery apps — an experience that feels like a real app with no download at all.
A mobile-first design
Orcaa was built from the ground up with a "mobile-first" approach, meaning every screen was designed first to work with one thumb on your phone, then expands to fill the computer screen. You don't need to download an app or follow updates; just open the browser to get a smooth experience with comfortable touch targets and natural motion. This way you manage your business from anywhere — at the branch or away from it — without giving up any feature.
Tables turn into cards
Long lists and many-column tables become a nightmare on a small screen. So Orcaa turns tables automatically into tidy cards on mobile: each row — whether a booking, a customer, or an invoice — appears as a clear card that's easy to read and tap, without an exhausting horizontal scroll or cramped columns. On the computer the table stays as is, so you get the best display for each screen without any setup from you.
A bottom bar and a full-screen menu hub
Instead of the sliding side menu that's hard to open with one thumb, Orcaa relies on a fixed bottom bar that puts the most important sections directly within your thumb's reach. And for everything else, there's a full-screen menu hub at the /menu path that gathers all the app's sections in a single, organized, and easy-to-browse space. This layout respects the way we actually hold the phone, and makes reaching any feature faster.
Context menus on long-press
Everything you right-click on a computer is available on long-press on mobile. Long-press any card or row to bring up a context menu showing the same actions as the item — from changing the status to editing and deleting — through the same path the visible buttons use. This way all actions stay within your reach without crowding the screen with buttons, and you get the same capabilities on every device.
An InDrive-style provider app
Service providers don't need a full dashboard on their phones, but rather a focus on their next task. So the provider app comes with a single work-feed design in the style of delivery apps, divided into three clear phases: Now, Next, and Done. The provider sees their current task at the top, what follows it directly, and what they've completed — without table pages or complex reports. This focus raises productivity and reduces errors, and suits the nature of work while moving between customers.
Interactive first-run tutorials
Even the simplest interfaces need a touch of guidance at the start. So Orcaa offers interactive, game-style tutorials at first run, for the owner and the service provider alike. These tutorials take you step by step through the core pages, so you learn each feature in its practical context without reading long manuals. The result is a confident start that shortens the learning time and makes your team productive from day one.
