The end-to-end walkthrough
In a law firm, Orcaa speaks your language: Attorneys, Clients, Legal Services, and Consultations. Your firm ships with Bookings, Packages, Online Delivery, and the full Legal module enabled out of the box.
1. Setup
Add your attorneys with availability, build your legal-service catalog, and decide which consultations are delivered online. The Legal module gives you case files, document storage with an audit log, and deadline tracking from day one.
2. Daily use
Open a case with parties and court type, schedule a 2:00 PM consultation, and log hearings and deadlines so nothing slips. Track activities, expenses, and privileged notes against the case, store case documents with an audit log, and prepare Powers of Attorney (POA).
3. Money
Collect retainers and deposits up front, record billable hours against the case, and issue case invoicing. Apply per-service tax-inclusive VAT — the exempt-versus-taxable split is disclosed — and take payment by card or wallet (Paymob), InstaPay, or cash, with outstanding balances tracked per client.
4. Reports
The owner dashboard shows revenue and consultation volume, while the legal dashboard surfaces upcoming deadlines and retainer balances. Attorney commission is calculated before salary generation and payout.
