1. Setup
Add your agents with availability and build your property listings with photos. Configure which viewings can be delivered online for remote buyers, and set up your service catalog.
2. Daily use
A prospective buyer requests a 5:00 PM showing through your booking page. The lead inquiry is captured and assigned to an agent, and the showing sits on the calendar with conflict prevention — or runs as a video viewing via online delivery. Track the client representation against the listing as the deal progresses.
3. Money
Invoice services with per-service tax-inclusive VAT — the exempt-versus-taxable split is disclosed. Take card or wallet (Paymob), InstaPay, or cash, and track outstanding balances per client.
4. Reports
The owner dashboard shows revenue, showing volume, and top clients. Agent commission is calculated automatically before salary generation and payout, and CRM follow-up tasks keep leads moving.
