Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Orcaa platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Orcaa is a cloud-based (SaaS) booking and business management platform for service businesses. The platform provides tools for managing appointments, clients, invoices, staff, and marketing.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
  • You are responsible for your account security and password
  • Information you provide must be accurate and up to date
  • One account per business

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • 14-day free trial with no credit card required
  • Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 30 days before renewal
  • No refunds for used subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

  • Use the platform for legitimate business purposes only
  • Not attempt to hack or manipulate the system
  • Not use the platform to send unsolicited messages (spam)
  • Not violate any third party's intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

Orcaa and all trademarks, designs, and software are owned by Orcaa. You receive a limited license to use the platform during your subscription period.

7. Data Ownership and Portability

Your data belongs to you alone. You are the sole owner of all data you enter on the platform. You have the right to export all your data at any time in standard formats. We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide the platform 24/7, but scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Orcaa provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to your subscription fees for the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from account settings
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (you may export it before then)

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you of any material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
