Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Orcaa platform, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Orcaa is an online booking and business management platform built for service businesses. It provides tools for managing appointments, clients, invoices, staff, and marketing from a single dashboard.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining your account security and password
  • All information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date
  • One account per business entity

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • 7-day free trial with no credit card required
  • Prices are denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and subject to change with 30 days' advance notice
  • Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date
  • No refunds are issued for subscription periods already consumed

5. Acceptable Use

By agreeing to these terms, you commit to the following:

  • Use the platform exclusively for legitimate business purposes
  • Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate the system
  • Not use the platform to send unsolicited messages (spam)
  • Not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

Orcaa and all associated trademarks, designs, and software are the property of Orcaa. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of your active subscription.

7. Data ownership and portability

Your data belongs exclusively to you. You are the sole owner of all data entered into the platform, and you may export it in full at any time using standard formats. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond delivering the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the platform 24/7. However, scheduled maintenance windows or unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Orcaa provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to your subscription fees for the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days (you may export it beforehand)

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Egyptian law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of any material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
