Is Orcaa genuinely built in Arabic?

Yes. Orcaa was developed Arabic-first from the ground up, not translated. The dashboard runs in both Arabic and English with a single-click switch, and notifications and reminders to your clients are delivered in Arabic.

Can I use Orcaa from my phone?

Yes. Orcaa is fully responsive across mobile devices and tablets, so you can manage your business from anywhere.

Is there a free trial before I subscribe?

Yes. Seven days of full feature access, with no credit card required. Registration takes under 60 seconds.

Do I need to enter credit card details to try it?

No. The free trial requires no payment information. We request billing details only when you decide to continue with a paid subscription.

Can I change my plan later?

At any time. Upgrades are prorated immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. There is no long-term commitment.

What payment methods are available?

Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), online payments via Paymob, and bank transfer.

Data & security

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups and periodic security reviews.

Can I export my data if I decide to leave?

At any time. You can export all of your data in CSV and JSON formats. Your data belongs to you and is never held back.

Do you sell client data to third parties?

Never. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data. This commitment is documented explicitly in our privacy policy.

I have data in another system — can it be migrated?

Yes. Clients can book at any time through your branded booking link or the client portal. The process takes seconds and requires no app download.

Does Orcaa send appointment reminders?

Yes. Automated SMS and WhatsApp reminders are sent before every appointment, significantly reducing no-shows.

I have multiple locations — can I manage them centrally?

Yes. A single dashboard manages all branches, with consolidated reports and independent access controls per location.

Can my clients pay online?

Yes. Orcaa integrates with Paymob so you can accept online payments from clients seamlessly.
